Sometimes I yell
Sometimes I yell at complete strangers. Here is the deal. Monday was a day off to many in honor of President's Day. What do people do in Provo on a rainy holidays? We go to Movies 8 (the dollar theater). Andrew and I were walking out after seeing this movie, and I see a women (mid 30s, completely capable of walking long distances) standing in a regular (as in not a handicapped) parking spot close by the door (yes, a great, probably highly sought after spot). I see a little old (white haired) woman in a Ford Escort trying to park. The woman will not move. The old woman keeps creeping towards her (you can see why this scene caught my attention). Finally the women yells: "I am saving this spot for my friend!!" To the little old woman in the car. WHAT?! Did she really just do that. This is where my big mouth comes in. "Give it to her! She is old and it's raining!" My mouth yelled it before I could stop myself. The woman looked at me as if to say: "Who made you parking police?!" I am good at staring back. She moved and the little old lady (and rightful owner of that great spot) pulled in. Don't worry, Andrew was embarrassed for me.
