My faith was restored in mankind. I was offered help everywhere I went. :) I may have looked like a wreck. Not wanting to pay to check baggage, I had a suitcase, a car seat, diaper bag, purse, and baby in tow. :) Makayla just chilled out on the seat, wide-eyed and cooing. ;)
Once in Spokane, we dined at P.F. Changs, momma's favorite. Then we made our way to our hotel and crashed. Wednesday we shopped a little and then made the scenic drive over to Missoula. What a beautiful part of the country.
In Missoula mom, baby, and I mostly just hung out and relaxed. The three of us watched Tangled in mom's big comfortable bed. :)
We also got our toes done.
We left Missoula, maybe for the last time. :( We stopped in IF so that Grandma and Grandpa could meet Baby Girl.
While we were having fun in Missoula Andrew was off having fun in California. He competed at two different track meets. He ran a 52.9 and won his heat. He came home with a shiny gold medal. Way to go! I got to watch his race here: ANDREW'S RACE
Oh-- and while away, Andrew took a razor to his head. :)
You look so radiant! I'm glad you got mom time and family time. And congrats to Andrew. Will he be competing w/ his new school in CA? CANNOT wait to meet Makayla!
ReplyDeleteYay! I love the pictures... great one with grandma & grandpa!! I am glad you were able to get up to Missoula!
ReplyDeleteI miss you--and the glitter toes! What a fun thing. I had to come and check up on you. How are you, my dear?
ReplyDeleteAwesome vacation! ps. Love Andrew's new look... but then again, I may be biased-- I'm a fan of the Dome!!! :)
