Ryan and Sarah

We got a special treat this weekend. Ryan and Sarah came to visit from Provo! Yay!! 

They were doing a whirlwind tour of California- and made Stockton their first stop. They arrived early (like 2 am early) in the morning Friday.  It was perfect because Andrew didn't have school Friday- so we were able to spend all day together.

We enjoyed breakfast together- then Ryan and Andrew set out on a bike ride- something they spent many hours doing together in Utah.  They had a nice time, while Sarah and I visited and took Makayla for a walk. 

Then we headed over to In-N-Out (Ryan's favorite) for lunch, then spent some time on UOP campus showing then around- enjoying the beautiful buildings and weather (fall is FINALLY in the air).  

After campus we went down to the marina to admire the 40 million dollar Casino Royale yacht. 

We headed home for some downtime before we went out for "dinner" at the Ghirardelli factory.  Sarah said it was ok that we ate ice cream sundaes for dinner, because we were adults. ;) 

They did not disappoint. 

We spent the rest of the night chatting and relaxing. 

Saturday morning they were headed off to San Francisco, then down Hwy 1 to southern California. 

Makayla could not get enough of them (or all the fun games/videos on their phones;))- she was sad to see them go!
