Live from the Holt Arena...
On Friday Andrew had a meet in Pocatello. Since his track career will soon come to an end, and I really don't get to go to too many of his meets I hopped in the car and headed for the Gem State. My fearless niece Hailey accompanied me, and we had a great time. Aaron, Kira, Emma, and Stella were also able to come and join in the fun. (thanks again guys for coming!) It was nice to visit and to meet the newest addition to Adams Fam. Stella is a doll.
Andrew did a great job, he made finals in the 60m hurdles, and took 3rd over all. I think I should talk to my doctor before I got to another one of Andrew's meets. As soon as he gets into those blocks my heart feels like it is going to beat out of my chest, I can't breath, or talk for that matter. I think I get more nervous than he does! The amount of anxiety I feel, can't be healthy! :)

hey those pictures look familar! If you want I can send you the real ones from the night... :) We sure loved seeing you guys. How did Andrew do on the race we did not see?
ReplyDeleteLOVE his yellow shoes... i think i shall buy yellow shoes so i can fly like unto a bird over hurdles in my life (ooooohhhh... that's POETIC!!)
ReplyDeletei can't imagine watching Taylor doing something like that, i'd be freaking out that he would fall or something... then i'd most likely be SOOO EMBARRASSED that he fell and was weeping like a 4 year old... ok, so i don't think that would happen, but who knows!!! ps. just pack a defibrillator for your next meet- i don't want you dying out there!
