Thanksgiving 2013

Thanksgiving this year was perfect. A little "unorthodox" but perfect, all the same. The Pocatello Adams came over on Wednesday evening- since we had been in the house less than 24 hours- we ate pizza, off napkins, standing around the counter!
Thursday morning we all went swimming at the hotel they had stayed at. So much fun, and probably the first time I've ever gone swimming on Thanksgiving. :)
Afterwards, we all got ready and went out to Golden Corral. It was perfect. As much as I wanted to eat of all the delicious Thanksgiving staples, without any of the dishes!
We all stuffed ourselves then headed home to relax and let the kids play.
Later that night, Kira and I snuck out to Walmart for a special Black Friday (errr... Thursday) deal. It's so nice to have family close by, Makayla was in heaven with her cousins here. Happy Thanksgiving!!
